Rooke is recognised for combining strategic leadership with a strong focus on company culture, operational improvement and customer satisfaction. Throughout his career, he has worked with start-ups, medium-sized companies and major retail organisations, helping them develop their sales, marketing, technology and e-commerce capabilities.
