We are pleased to announce that expondo Poland has joined the “Business Without Barriers” program.

This is an idea that supports people with disabilities in the technological labor market. Since 2020, we have been promoting the Legal Advice Platform among our employees. The application is provided and administered by Grupa AF Sp. z o.o. , which employs 80% of people with disabilities in its ranks.

Business Without Barriers Foundation is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting and implementing accessibility in architecture, digital communication and access to information.

The Foundation supports the social and professional inclusion of people with disabilities, including their access to employment opportunities. It also works with employers, raising awareness of the value of inclusive recruitment and encouraging organisations to employ people with diverse needs.

Through education and advocacy, the Foundation demonstrates that people with disabilities can compete successfully in the open labour market and contribute to organisations as skilled professionals, specialists and experts.
