As Customer Care Workflow Coordinator (m/f/d) you report to the Head of Customer Care at expondo. In that position you should be self-reliant in initiating and completing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you should be capable of developing and maintaining effective relationships with all internal functions worldwide and other colleagues to achieve goals.

  • You will be responsible for workflow analysis, design and optimization, both independently and together with the team on site.
  • Preparation, analysis and evaluation of company-related data and their visualization (reporting and cost controlling)
  • You are responsible for the independent planning, control and implementation of measures for the sustainable standardization of workflow and assurance of process quality.
  • This includes the implementation of new workflows and continuous improvement by applying lean management methods.
  • You will carry out training measures/coaching of customer care - always with the goal of increasing the workflow capability of customer care.
  • You develop workflow management methods and tools.
  • You will prepare requirement specifications for system implementations and will be responsible for the development of test scenarios and the execution of system and integration tests.
  • You are involved in the further development of technologies.
  • Your tasks include the preparation of trends and key figures.
  • You are responsible for setting up an ORM (Business Recovery Plan)


  • Completed studies, preferably in the field of business administration, humanities or communication sciences or a comparable education
  • At least two years of professional experience in customer experience management, customer service, CRM or a similar field
  • Very good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Understanding of business models and technologies in the e-commerce market
  • Independent and proactive acting and structured working personality
  • Creativity, assertiveness, openness and communication skills

The Senior Quality Engineer report to the SQE Manager based in China for daily work.

  • Pre-analysis of quality claims from customers for CN origin products
  • Carry out root causes analysis, action plan development, and effectiveness follow up for quality issues of EU origin products
  • Periodically visit EU suppliers’ production floor to identify the flaw of the manufacturing process and quality control, and push suppliers for improvement. Coach low-level supplier to raise quality system and product quality
  • Define & implement action plans for improvement & follow Up for EU suppliers and documentation
  • Analyze and simulate potential failure modes on products in cooperation with SQEs in CN on products from CN and EU origin
  • Participate Kick-off of 8D reports for EU and CN origin claims and work on EU supplier origin claims until successful closure
  • Claim management, alignment & integration of customer care claims and cases
  • Central contact for technical changes requested by any party


  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in science and engineering.
  • 7-10 years of experience in supplier quality, process quality control, QA
  •  Familiar with electronic, electric, machinery products and their processing technology, electric appliances, welding machines, power tools are desired
  • Proven working experience with quality management tools such as SPC, 6Sigma, QRQC
  • Proficiency in CE related topics is a plus
  • Quality system working knowledge (ISO9000)
  • Auditing (process & system) experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills, understand 8D, finish bone diagram, 5-Whys approach
